§ Privacy policy

§ Range

We at Kid’s Concept reserve the right to make changes to our range in the event that a product sells out. We also reserve the right for any errors in texts on kidsconcept.se. As all screens differ, we cannot in any way guarantee that our pictures accurately reflect the true colours or appearance of our products. 

 

§ Prices and payment

Each product price is stated inclusive of VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, such as VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to adjust prices and for any pricing errors. Payment is handled by Klarna. You can read more about their terms on their website. 

 

§ Newsletter

When making a purchase on our webshop, you agree to our sending you order confirmations, delivery confirmations, and other important information about your purchase. By accepting newsletters, you also consent to our sending you e-mails with, for example, useful product information, competitions, offers, or news. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time. 

 

§ Delivery

All items that are available to order are in stock for immediate delivery. Handling times may differ depending on the circumstances, such as high order volumes and holidays. You can find out more about delivery in our FAQs.

 

§ Uncollected packages

Uncollected goods will be returned to us automatically after around 14 days. For any package that is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a fee for return shipping, a carrying fee, and a handling fee of SEK 150.

 

§ Right to cancel

★ Your right to cancel is valid for 14 days. When you inform us of your wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly state this. The period of your right to cancel starts from the day you receive the item or a significant part of it.

★ When returning the item, you must use the prepaid customer returns label included with the shipment. If you choose a different way to return the item, you the customer are responsible for the cost of the return. Our FAQs contain more information on returns and complaints, as well as the terms and conditions for any shipping and returns costs.

★ In order for us to approve a cancelled purchase, your item must be returned to our warehouse intact and in its original packaging. All goods should therefore be carefully packaged to avoid damage as you the customer are responsible for the transport risk when returning goods to our warehouse. ★ We will refund you as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we receive the item back.

 

§ Force majeure 

We at Kid’s Concept accept no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Such circumstances include a labour market conflict, war, fire, terrorist attack, a change in government regulations, technical problems, sabotage, major accident, or other type of natural disaster. In these circumstances, Kid’s Concept is exempt from paying damages and other sanctions. Should any such situation arise, Kid’s Concept will inform you of the current situation. If the circumstances last longer than two months, both you and Kid’s Concept have the right to cancel the purchase
