The horse has a long pull cord and a lovely tail in the same material that small fingers will enjoy touching. This wooden pull-along horse has colours picked from Karin and Carl Larsson's interiors. In the late 1800s Karin's sister lived in London, where pink and green were popular in interior design. Karin was inspired and chose to paint some walls and mouldings in this pale pink and fresh green. You can see an example of this in Carl's famous work “The Flower Window”. The pattern, which looks like a four-leaf clover, can also still be found in the furnishings preserved in their home.
