A refreshing snack
It's no secret that smoothies are a great way for kids to get their vitamins, and a refreshing and delicious snack in fun colors is hard to resist. Smoothies can be made in countless ways, but this is our absolute favorite recipe.
For 2 glasses you need:
4 dl mild natural or vanilla yoghurt
1 banana
1 dl frozen raspberries
1 peach
1 dl frozen strawberries
Mixer / Blender
How to make it:
Divide the fruits into smaller pieces and pour all the ingredients into the blender.
Mix until the smoothie is smooth. add a splash of cold water if the consistency is too thick.
Pour into glasses and top with pieces of fruit and berries.
Serve and enjoy!
