Cool down with ice pops
What could be more refreshing on a hot summer day than a cool ice pop? Making fruity ice pops at home is always a great idea! Prepare them the day before and leave them in the freezer overnight. The next day, simply pick out your desired flavor and enjoy in the sun with your ice pop.
You will need:
Kiwi
Mango
Raspberries
Banana
Ice cream molds or disposable cups and popsicle sticks
How to make it:
Mash kiwi, blend mango, and blend raspberries with some banana. You should end up with three different flavors in separate containers.
Pour the different flavors in layers into the ice cream molds or cups. Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze the ice creams overnight.
Enjoy the delicious (and healthy) ice creams.
