It is no secret that smoothies are a good way for children to eat their vitamins. You can´t say no to a cooling, tasty snack in fun colors. Smoothies can be flavored in an infinite number of ways, but this is our absolute favorite recipe.
4 dl mild natural or vanilla yoghurt
1 dl frozen raspberries
1 dl frozen strawberries
Mixer / Blender
HOW TO DO IT:
Divide the fruits into smaller pieces and pour all the ingredients into the blender.
Mix until the smoothie is smooth. add a splash of cold water if the consistency is too thick.
Pour into glasses and top with pieces of fruit and berries.
Serve and enjoy!
Cut bananas and your favorite fruits into smaller pieces and place in a jar in the freezer. Then you are always ready with ingredients for the next smoothie snack!
