4 dl wheat flour
1 dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
200 g butter
2 dl icing sugar
½ egg white
A few drops of lemon juice
HOW TO DO IT:
Mix flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Chop the butter into the flour mixture. Form a dough with your hands, it's the most fun!
Turn on the oven to 225 degrees.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper and remove the cakes. Either with molds or freehand.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Then let cool on a wire rack.
Mix the ingredients for the icing until it becomes a smooth, thick and malleable batter.
Add your favorite colors with the edible pigment and mix again.
Pour the icing over a bag and cut a small hole in the lower corner.
Let your imagination run wild and decorate the cakes with nice patterns and colors! Let the cakes set and enjoy a well-deserved fika break!
