Nothing beats freshly baked bread for breakfast. For those of you who don´t want to spend the whole morning at the baking machine, these breakfast buns are perfect. With the children as helpers, they are super easy to do and ready to eat in 15 minutes.
YOU NEED:
6 buns
2 dl Graham flour
3 dl Wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt tsp salt
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
2 ½ dl water
HOW TO DO IT:
Set the oven to 250 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil and water and mix to a sticky dough. Use your hands, that's more fun!
Roll the dough in a little wheat flour and roll it out into one to one snake. Then divide it into 6 parts.
Roll the dough pieces into small balls and place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
Sprinkle a thin layer of graham flour over the balls. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve when the buns are wonderfully warm.
