One breakfast bun a day
Nothing beats freshly baked bread for breakfast. For those of you who don't want to spend the whole morning by the baking machine, these breakfast buns are perfect. With the children as helpers, they are super easy to do and ready to eat in 15 minutes.
For 6 breakfast buns you will need:
2 dl Graham flour
3 dl Wheat flour
2 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
2 ½ dl Water
How to make them:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the oil and water, and mix together to form a sticky dough. It's more fun to use your hands!
Roll the dough in some wheat flour and shape it into a long snake. Divide it into 6 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a small ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a thin layer of Graham flour over the balls.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve the buns while they're still warm and delicious!
